Return Policy

Our guidelines are valid for 7 days. Regretfully, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item needs to be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packing.
Certain products cannot be returned. Additionally, flammable liquids or gasses, toxic chemicals, and intimate or hygienic goods are not accepted.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Kindly refrain from returning your purchase to the supplier. In some circumstances, only partial refunds are given. (Since relevant)


Any item that is not in original condition, has missing parts, or is damaged for non-our fault causes.
Refunds (if any) for any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

 

We'll send you an email to let you know that your return has been received and examined after it's been received. We'll let you know whether your refund was approved or denied as well.
If you are accepted, your refund will be handled and, in a predetermined number of days, a credit will be automatically paid to your bank account or the original payment method.
